When I ordered the LED lights, I noticed they had the wrong address after is was shipped out. They were able to retrieve order and correct the address. I installed my LED lights in May and after 2 months one had burnt out. I contacted them regarding warranty. I sent them a short video exchanging the light from one side to the other. They sent me a replacement within 2 weeks. Product is great and looking to purchase more in the future, customer service is a 5 plus star. I highly recommend Silverholder products for your vechile.

Fast polite easy to work with.

My experience was great because I was able communicate with representative in real time. The product is exactly what I was expecting ,lights are bright and also easy to set up.

These headlights are amazing! However, a couple of months later, one of them started to flicker. I contacted the support team and they promised to send me new ones. I really appreciate their excellent service.

Had a little hiccup with defective lights but as soon as I emailed the company they sent me replacements immediately! Lights are amazing and brighter then expected.

I purchased pair of headlamp LED Lights last February 2023 and I am very satisfied of the product. At first, I am hesitant ordering it, but I was amazed of the performance. It works exactly as advertised. I fixed it to my 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer which have a blurred headlamp lenses yet, the brightness were so clear. It makes me enjoy driving everytime the headlamps are in used. I recommend this product and surely you will value your money.

After getting off to a rocky start, things were taken care of promptly. I have recommended that a correction be made to the website to show the correct lights when shopping for under with the "shop by vehicle" option. I was sent an incorrect set, and one of the lights on my correct set did not function. The company responded and even though i had to pay a fee (or shipping im sure), the lights appeared just two days later. Customer service helped rectify the problem and now i just have to install the new bulbs.
