I sent a gold and platinum pair of cuff links to my brother as a retirement gift. Although UPS indicated delivery, my brother did not receive the package. I emailed your customer support department as indicated on my receipt information in the absence of you providing a phone number. My email was rejected by your system. I forwarded the email once again, and received no reply. Now I have to dispute my bank payment to you and send my brother another gift.

I received the cufflinks I had ordered on the anticipated date. The outer white cardboard box was in rough shape, but the gift box itself was ok. I would have liked to keep the gift box in the cardboard sleeve - it would be a much “cleaner” profile to wrap, but it wasn’t usable. The cufflinks are merely “ok.” There’s a world of difference between the image of these cufflinks on your website and what they really look like. The metal looks much cheaper than the image — almost like it was spray-painted with a hardware store silver paint, like the kind you’d use to paint plastic. Yeah, I wasn’t very impressed with this order, but they arrived the day of my boss’s birthday and so....that’s what he got.

The cufflinks are very beautiful. But if they size down 1 size , they cufflinks could be fantastic

Good item quality.

I bought these for my wedding. Wore them to another wedding prior to mine and got several compliments on them. Ended up ordering a 2nd pair for my best man. If you compare these to ones from department stores, which usually run around $50, these are much nicer for only a little bit more. David has cufflinks for over $400 that aren't as cool as these.
