Each item has a size chart on our website. Choosing your own size according to the size chart instead of choosing the same size in general is a better way to get a suitable item. We verified the product with our warehouse. For this price, the quality is already within the acceptable range and matched the picture. According to pictures, product seems good. If you are not satisfied with our product, we accept a return. Please contact us via our email address: [email protected]. We will handle the return after we received the merchandise and checked if it in good condition.

Hi there, we are so sorry to bring you an unpleasant shopping experience! We suggest you contact USPS by calling to check and resend your order firstly. As the package has been shipped, we could not make any change. Only the customer could change the shipping address. If USPS cannot find it, please make the claim and send us the copy and the claim number, so that we can resend the goods to you.
