When you sign up, they give you $5 free credit. Then, there's a hidden setting where they require you to add $10 if at any point your balance dips below $5. So for example if you spend 0.01 cents on your first test—that will cost you $10 dollars. There is no setting to turn this off. P.s. the SignalWire website is buggy. when i opened it I get a "400 Bad Request Request Header Or Cookie Too Large nginx" error. weird. I had to open the website in incognito mode to get it to work. but on the flip side- signalwire solves my use-case.

I’ve been a SignalWire customer for 2 years, and they just suspended my account out of nowhere. I even have $20 credit in my account, yet they refuse to give any explanation or let me access my own account. Every support ticket I submit is closed without a single answer. The agent I dealt with was completely rude and unhelpful. This is unacceptable treatment—if you value your money and time, stay far away from SignalWire.

Nicholas, Justin, and Jon we're absolutely fantastic! It felt like I was getting luxury support for free! I really appreciate their help and they did the most to help me with such a small issue. Thank you guys!

Unprofessional and unacceptable onboarding experience. I opened an account in December 2025 and it is still pending. There was no clear onboarding process, and even finding a way to contact support was unnecessarily difficult. When support finally responded after 10 days, they asked for identification. I submitted the requested ID the same day and have received no response, no update, and no resolution since. For a communications company, this level of silence is alarming. It reflects poor internal management and raises serious concerns about how they would support a business during real operational issues. I do not recommend SignalWire to any business that needs reliability, accountability, or responsive support.

You must check out SignalHire if you work in marketing or recruitment! It's a fantastic tool that makes it easy to obtain contact information, including phone numbers and social media links. Finding candidates is a breeze thanks to the incredibly useful browser plugin. Additionally, you can find just who you need thanks to excellent filtering features. Try it out!
