I ordered a privacy screen from Sightpro and I think I was mistaken about the size of my screen/model of my macbook, but regardless the screen didn't fit. I contacted Sightpro and Kate, the support specialist, offered a replacement, helped me find the right fit for my laptop, and sent it immediately. They didn't charge me for the replacement. I am definitely recommending this company to my coworkers who also need privacy screens.

I would like to let you know that private screens from SightPro fit perfectly with Lenovo T14. Besides this fact, customer service is wonderful and responds quickly to circumstances related to the products. Lexty Fernandez, Costa Rica
