Very disappointing experience – damaged goods and no real support I want to warn other customers about my experience with this company. My order arrived in a damaged condition. Several items were broken and completely unusable upon delivery, including glass products that were shattered and food items such as chips and taco shells that were crushed. The products were not in a usable state and did not match what I ordered or expected to receive. I contacted the company immediately on the day the package arrived and explained the situation clearly and politely. From the beginning, I tried to resolve everything in a normal and cooperative way. I provided photos of the damage and offered to return all items. Despite this, I received little to no meaningful response. I sent many emails (over a long period of time) and also tried to reach out through other communication channels. Most of my messages were ignored or not properly answered. I repeatedly asked for return instructions or a prepaid return label so I could send the damaged items back, but this was never properly arranged. Instead, I was left without a clear solution. I even offered to provide more photos or additional evidence if needed, but no one explained what exactly was required. After weeks of trying to resolve the issue, I still did not receive proper customer support. Only a partial refund was offered, even though the products were clearly damaged and unusable, and I had requested a full refund while being fully willing to return everything. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I made every effort to resolve the issue directly and politely, but there was no real cooperation from the company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would advise other customers to be cautious when ordering.

Siete Grain Free Taco Shells Directions say warm 350° 3-4 minutes. Put in 350° oven for less than 3 minutes. Smelled burning. Taco shells were burned up and ruined. Put the remaining shells in oven for less than 30 seconds. Shells had already started burning. Wasted $5.00. Taco fixings were all ready but Siete shells had to be thrown out. There is no "Satisfaction Guarantee or your purchase price refunded" on the box. No second chance from this customer.

I purchased a box of taco shells from Walmart. They were crushed when I got them home. Messaged customer support and they did not care and the product was $7. The pricing is insane, I will no longer support this brand. Also, it seems it is corrupt now as PEPSI CO has bought them out for 1.2 Billion dollars in 2025. These brands are corrupt and not for your health why I am also de-funding. All the good brands are being taken over, be mindful on who you fund and support.

My family loves your product. However, over a short period of recent years the quantity of product inside your bags of chips has recessed. I get it with the times we face, but last week I bought a bag of Grain Free Tortilla Chips and it was only 1/4 full. I have a screenshot of this. We found other alternatives now. The new product we love and we can see into the clear wrapper of its contents. I support, however, this is too far now. So sad to see. Sorry I had to write this.

PEPSI OWNED. This was our favorite brand because we are gluten free and also can’t eat cane sugar. Our pantry was full of their delicious products. When they sold out Pepsi they started adding cheap sweeteners like cane sugar. We no longer trust this company and will not be eating their foods.

Absolutely love everything they offer. My favorites are the chocolate chip almond flour cookies with coffee. I also love the lime grain free chips for a healthy snack. It's so wonderful that you can buy them so many places now :)

Unfortunately, there was a mix-up, and they accidentally sent me potato chips instead of tortilla chips. Although Amazon doesn't have a return policy for these products, I reached out to SIETE FOOD, and they responded promptly. To my surprise, not only did they send me the correct product, but they also allowed me to keep the potato chips. Now, I can't express how much I enjoy both their tortilla chips and potato chips. They are high-quality, delicious, and oh-so-crunchy! I highly recommend their products to anyone looking for a tasty snack. By the way, if you're in the mood for a sweet treat, their churro version with cassava is absolutely gorgeous!"
