Try to contact several times, e-mail/ phone (10-15x) our order is now for 2 weeks at the dutch custom service. No invoice and silver weight info on the package What is the problem, please pick up the phone and fix this problem Otherwise we never ever order again The dutch customs send you e-mail with a request for details about the order.
