SideshiftReviews of sideshift.app

Extremely discouraging platform for new creators. Brands never reply, and the system offers zero support or guidance for beginners. Completely wasted my time. Do not recommend if you are just starting out."

Absolutely terrible, inexperienced, incompetent employees. One of the worse experiences I have had so far.

I wanted to test the service from inside, but it says Moroccan numbers are not supported. That was disappointing because it creates a feeling of being unwanted, while I’m used to working with people from all over the world.

Super expensive, $200 a month and everything needs to stay inside the platform how does this work?

can't delete account, or disconnect my tiktok, feels like a scam.

STAY AWAY – Absolute scam. You can’t update or remove your personal details, and there’s no option to delete your account. This is a huge red flag. It genuinely feels like they’re harvesting personal data, with no transparency or control over how it’s used. I’m extremely uncomfortable having my details on this platform and strongly advise others to avoid it.

i’ve received no response from the help section or customer service. the bot says it’ll respond to you and it never does. i’ve been trying to unlink my bank and disconnect my socials and I can’t. I have been asking them how I can delete my account and i’ve had zero feedback! I regret signing up I feel like i’m trapped in a scam now.

Very bad service, they don't respond to the "live" chat. Not even after reading the messages, not even after a day. The product is not ripe, and there is no dashboard to delete or deactivate my account! I tried reaching out for help, but there's no public support email, and the email address they send automatic emails from doesn't accept replies. Update: The website lacks essential features for managing your account, but you can permanently delete your profile using the mobile app. However, I still haven’t received any confirmation email about the account deletion.
