Their Try Before You Buy is a SCAM. The website says I have 21 days to try the product but the email I received said I had 3 days to try the product before being charged. I emailed customer service to ask to return the product even before I received it because of this and they said I had 21 days and they couldn’t initiate a return until I received the product. I emailed customer service again after receiving to do a return and because I got an email saying my 3 DAY trial had started. They again responded saying I had 21 DAYS and was I sure I wanted to return? I replied that yes, I did want to return. Surprise surprise, today is day 4 and I was charged. I emailed them again and asked for the THIRD TIME to return the product and reverse the charge. Do not bother with this company. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Good customer service when I had a question. Super fast response. So far the neck product I bought is great!

I purchased the hair growth serum about a month ago and since then I have experienced rapid hair loss. I have not used any other new products or made any other changes so I can only attribute the hair loss to the sickscience hair exosomes. The return window has closed on Amazon and I am out $60 plus most of my hair.
