I bought 2 rings that arrived marked/scuffed so I returned them. I had to chase numerous times to get a refund but they never refunded me. Thank God I paid via PayPal who kindly refunded me after I raised a case but it took a few weeks. Every time I emailed their customer service team I would be fobbed off telling me they had processed a refund but they never did and just ghosted me shortly after. I ordered from them mainly because I love that their female led but never again!

I ordered two items in December 2025. One, a necklace, broke just a couple of months into me having it in February 2026. I contacted customer service, and they advised that they would ship me a replacement after I sent photos. The replacement never arrived, and despite me chasing several times, I so far have not got a response back from them in almost a month now. Incredibly disappointing that the necklace broke so soon after buying and then that the promised replacement piece never materialised.

I ordered two items from this company but one was not in stock. I advised I would no longer need it & asked for a refund. I was told this had been done. Over a week later I had to chase this up. A few days passed & again I was told the refund was authorised & would be with me in 3 days. It wasn't and I am still chasing my funds. People need to be aware this is happening. I submitted a factual online review & received a swift response saying this was rude & disparaging. I consider at the least their behaviour is rude & disparaging, particularly when you check their particulars at Companies House!
