Doesn’t hold enough water to do more than one shampoo at a time. Had to continue to stop on my clients to refill and dump the machine. Not easy when you don’t have a firm source of water around and you are working from home.

I thought I ordered pink gloves and I got some clear ones I tried to message them and no one ever replied.

We replied and explained to her that although there was no mention of color in the description at the time of her purchase, we didn’t either hint at a color pink. She assumed the color of the gloves would be pink because the box was white and pink.

SIGNIFICANTLY OVERPRICED! Wasn’t even informed that they were going to charge me $45 for a TRIM. Should’ve gone to Aveda Salon 😞
