I ordered the incorrect items. My mistake. I then reordered the correct items, and contacted you twice to ask about returning my incorrect items (that were still in original packaging) and I got no response, either time.

I received a broken item and have emailed twice, requesting a refund, while providing photographic/videographic evidence of the defected item, and I have yet to hear from them. This is ridiculous.

I have emailed SH Salon multiple times since I received the order. I only received one item although I ordered and paid for two items. I still have not had any response from the company. I asked for a full refund because the item I received didn't fit. The return instructions on their website specifically say to email prior to submitting a return to get approval for a return or else it will not be accepted. I guess if they ignore customers they never have to issue a refund. This company is very shady. I'm very frustrated with their lack of communication.

Hi, She did buy 3 products of $5.04 USD each. However, she was in New Zealand and shipping cost is $43.30, which is shown clearly at the time of checkout before she places the order. She must have placed the order without looking at the total. Her total payment was only $58.42 USD, which is roughly $92.55 NZD. She reached out to us when she saw the charge and we were able to stop the shipment and refunded her money right away. We never try to deceive our customers. I just discovered that you all are selling my email information... the only way I can opt out from your insidious actions is if I live in california..... I would have used a different email if I had known you all were going to sell my info!!!!! NOT COOL SH SALONS !!!! I don't know which of these junk/spam/phishing emails came from your profit of selling my info, but I think everyone you all do business with need to know your underhanded practices. I don't live in california, but I still don't want my information sold to anyone !!!! and I can't get into my account to change my email.---- You all need to check out your own website that very clearly has a link to opt out of selling our information... You all should take another look over your website.

We are shocked to read this accusation. We have never sold or distributed our client’s private information. If you would feel more secure, we can close your account and delete all your data.
