There was a shipment item error. I called, they answered and fixed right away. They are very professional and apologetic. I was a little concerned because I hadn't ordered from them before. My correct product arrived immediately and I am very happy. I will be ordering more products in the future. This is especially great because they carry very hard to find items for me.
