I've been waiting two and a half years (and counting) for my "priority claim" to be paid in a horribly-managed Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors. Two and a half years (and counting) for a process that's supposed to be faster than bankruptcy. Two and a half years (and counting) for money owed to me by a former employer. Sherwood Partners has provided numerous excuses but zero results. Horrible company.
