Ordered a smart lipo battery over a year ago and have not received anything despite multiple attempts to get what I paid for via customer service. This company is now nothing but a scam.

I ordered two smart-lipo 2s batteries. Got no order confirmation or anything. After a few days I sent them an email asking for an update, 6 weeks later they confirmed they had been sent. 5 months later I notified them that I had still not received them, and a few days later they told me they had sent a new package. Today, more than one year after I made the order, I still don´t have my batteries. Since my order is too old, it's too late to get a PayPal refund, and my bank can't do anything either. $95 lost. I won't order from them again.
