This whole process with this company is bull##it. When they wouldn't cancel the order right after I placed it, I'm trying to return it but the return address isn't coming in the canada post's database as a legitimate address. Nothing but a bunch of scamming buggers. I'd give them 0 stars if a could. Stuck with a product I never wanted. AVOID!!!! AT ALL COST!

Stay away from this scamming company .. they took over $500 from my account.. only $350 was to be taken .. they don’t provide tracking numbers and say “ oh sorry, it must be lost “ we will send another .. I have reported them to my bank

This company is a scam scam. You get tricked into ticking a continue box and find your credit card getting debited. They promise a refund and never ever do. Disgraceful company. Don't go near them.

I have made an order on October 16th. I didn't get any track number. later on I saw they charge my credit card on January 15th. After a phone call they resend my order on January 23rd. Until February 12th nothing happened, no track number, no product. but they took my money.

ordered September 2023, still nothing...... I have asked for a refund on a new card as I have lost my card I ordered with. Have asked for an alternative refund method....NOTHING!! Please do not engage with this dishonest company you will only lose your money.

Ordered 1 bottle Animale from this company and was charged for 3 bottles. Tracking details of courier dont even appear in shipping companies website. Total scam as I'm sure I won't be receiving any product.
