A scam! I picked the option buy 3 bottles, get 2 free bottles and free shipping. The price advertised was just below $40.00 per bottle. (Total just below $I19). I received conformation of purchase for 5 bottles and shipping for $219 and change, close to $44/bottle. Contacted them within minutes: Too late! The order can’t be cancelled! I checked my VISA on line, they were charging me $US 219 ($CDN303.51!) I called my bank they cancelled my card immediately. After five emails to the scammers, with a threat in the last one of reporting them to the police and CBC Market Place. They replied my “subscription” (????) was cancelled, not my order… still waiting for a refund! A couple of days ago the order was delivered it came with another charge! Close to $CDN 49.00 Canadian custom duties! I refuse to accept it. Nowhere in their site do they indicate the prices are in US dollars or a a duty will have to be paid upon delivery! GOOD NEWS: My bank contacted the scammer March 13 then contacted me a full refund is on its way! Apparently the scammers back off when challenged they don’t want to end up in court.

Omg this just happened to me right now I wish I had of seen all the reviews first. I thought I was buying 1 bottle for $49 but oh no! $319 came out my account so now I'm broke asf & they say 5 bottles on way. My receipt said $199. I tried getting a refund but they said they will give partial refund of $100. Guess I'm not getting anything after reading this! Ffs

This company is a scam. They will take your money, promise to send you products and then charge you more when you contact them to chase up your order which they have absolutely no intention of sending. They will send you emails telling you that the product has been lost in transit and that more products will be shipped free of charge, but they never arrive. Under no circumstances should you get caught out as I did - never purchase anything from these scumbags

Do not go near this mob of scammers No product delivered and promised partial refund of course didn’t occur Don’t be conned by their reasonably sophisticated scam

Told me I had signed up for a refill program and sent a second order that I had never wanted. Used Charlie Teo without his consent to endorse product. Robbed. Chat line very faulty. No answer for phone call.

I ordere the vitamin dee gummies i 7th january 2024 my money was deducted from my account, but till today i have not recieved my order . The company keeps on promising to send my parcel but i do not recieve anything even my tracking number is not given

Completely fraud company. Big time scammers. I ordered a product for $35. They charged me 319. Immediately I contacted them for refund. No reply. They simply then denied refund. I had to cancel my card and lodged dispute with my bank. Then they replied on email that 100% refund is initiated. Still waiting for the charges to be removed. Big time liars. Fraud company. Big time crooks.

Scammers - I thought I'd ordered products to a value of under $100 and came through closer to $400. Even worse, you are tricked into ticking a 'contuine' box and then get a message a few months later saying further products are coming and your card will be charged. I cancelled my credit card after the first order - thank goodness I did since they still seem to be pestering me.
