UPDATE : After about 50 emails & their 101 excuses I contacted my bank & cr/card & had the charges dismissed. + cancelled that card. I got full refund from bank cr/card. Then Shoreline emailed & said a refund was issued. It did come through but not for full amount ~ besides the bank took that credit back & left me with the full refund that they had issued. A long fight. Cured me from ordering on line. I still see Shoreline has their scam on IG. They’re robbing so many people. I posted a WARNING on their post. If I see it again, perhaps I can report it to IG. It might be on FBk as well, but I don’t do FBk. Perhaps people can try what I did.

My father in law ordered some supplements he found online, the credit card company declined the charged but he insisted so they approved the ve the charge.. Only to find out this scammers are not using one time charge but started to send him refills without his consent nor his approval, and you can't cancel it, every two months. I wrote them to cancel this, in response, they just recharged him again! So we had to cancel his credit card. Stay away from them.

I do believe this company is a scam.... the information is very misleading and when I thought I was getting one bottle I ended up with 5 bottles. After getting into a fit I was told I would get a refund and it was only 50USD. I am now being told I need to contact customs and pay the duty if there is any. Absolutely no customer service offered. It is over a month and nothing except my package is at customs

This company is a scam. I placed an order of 5 Keto bottles and paid US $ 199.75 upon ordering. That was first week March. Up to now (2 months) my order has not arrived. I kept on following up but they are making a lot of excuses. I asked them to refund my money but no reply. Why is this company allowed to operate and steal from people? They are nothing but thieves!!

SCAM ALERT I ordered and paid for 1 pack of a Hemp Product and after using it for a couple of weeks it was clear it had no effect at all on my sleep pattern so I decided not to order again however I recently received a debit on my Credit Card for NZD319. And today a further supply of the useless prduct arrived by Courier...... I did NOT give approval for auto refill. My Credit Card now cancelled but am $319 out of pocket which my Bank will attempt to have recredited by this scamming Company.

I felt that is company was very unprofessional to deal with. Firstly, when ordering product, there was no mention of payment in $US. Also, products were added to my order without my knowledge. At this point I tried to cancel my order but was informed that I couldn't cancel my order until delivery was completed. At this point I was then offered a once in a lifetime, never to be repeated 50% discount if I kept the product once delivered. I accepted the offer because it was easier than trying to return product. Several days later I received the credit, and the product did arrive a few weeks later. I have now been using the product for a week now, following the directions on the packaging and have had absolutely NO difference to the pain I am experiencing. The packaging has very little information about the product Ie strength of Hemp oil, in fact you only get told the dosage. Definitely. will not be buying more from this company

I was scammed by this company when I made a purchase of less than $50 and $300 had been taken out of my account. I immediately knew I had been scammed and cancelled my card that I used to pay for the order. I asked for them to refund my money, which they couldn't do as the order was on the way. When it arrived after 2 weeks, I returned the order at my expense (another $40). I have been asking them to refund my money for 5 months now. They keep asking to see my bank statement. I edited out any personal information and have sent it to them numerous times. Apparently they can't open it. I have sent it in different formats, and from different email addresses and they still can't open it. I tried using a third party 'We Transfer', and they said they weren't allowed to open the link. It has been 5 long months of me sending them emails at least every second day. They got their products back, I just want my money back. $300 is a lot to take from someone. The worst part is that I know they can open my bank statement, I have called their customer service number and they advised they could see it and would send it to accounts. I think they just enjoy having a laugh at my expense. If I could give them 0 stars, I would not hesitate for a second.

The biggest unethical transaction that i ever had.. The 30 day money back tagline is where the scam starts and furthermore had charged my card again without my authorization. Pls don't do any business with these scammers.. Unfortunately I fell for it.
