Great product, customer service is OK
Love the strips, have been ordering for quite some time, everything was great up until the last order where they charged me shipping and then i was charged COD at pick up for no reason, shipping costs ended up being more than the product itself. I had reached out, it took about a week to finally get some real answers, other than we apologize for the inconvenience. I dont know how they process their refunds but they came up as charges on my credit card (customer service confirmed they are charges not refunds), which obviously made me angry but 3-4 days later they turned into a refund. Have never had this happen with other companies before, but that definitely gave a bad taste. Otherwise, the strips are my go to!
