Do not buy from this company!!!! What a terrible company, they refused me a refund saying I had worn the dressers as they could smell a strong perfume smell on them. I purchased them for my Daughter they arrived, she tried one of them on, it was to small did try the second as it was the same size as the first dress and looked tiny. I emailed them to get the return address which they gave me. I then went on to pay a further £20.70 to return them and was refused my refund by wear remi ! If this is how you treat customers you should not be able to get away with keeping there money by saying garments have been worn and just refused payment .I am so frustrated that you have the decision to do this ,just refuse a refund when I sent them straight back and the garments have most definitely not been worn nor do they smell of perfume I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment Please please nobody else purchased of them I would hate to see anyone else in this situation

Ordered two dresses that didn’t fit, so I payed £20 to send them back (they offer free returns) after also paying £100 for the dresses. They then refused to refund this over claims they’d been worn (they hadn’t apart from a try on). Edit: after reading some of these reviews I am surprised it turned up at all, in the reply you state they smell of perfume, please check you are referencing the right order as the dresses smelt stale and were incredibly creased when they arrived (fixable issues so not really a problem) I tried on the dress and it was too small (absolutely gorgeous though, I’d have just exchanged if there was a bigger size available) and it is possible that they could’ve stretched whilst I tried to force the zip up. However there is no possible way they could’ve smelt of perfume as I was not wearing any when I tried them on. Either this was a blatant lie or you’ve just made a mistake. I hope you’re able to resolve this issue soon. Also yes, this is a breach of my consumer rights as the dresses were returned the day after they arrived in the same condition they were received, if you are not satisfied with the condition you shouldn’t be sending them out like that

I ordered two tops and they arrived separately. I'm absolutely not happy with the items I received because their quality is very bad and the fit is terrible. One of the tops also doesn't look like the picture on the website. I'm really disappointed.

I recently purchased a white tank top and was extremely disappointed when the product arrived and the quality was terrible. the pads are completely see through and the material and zipper feel very cheaply made. I feel extremely ripped off especially after the tank took forever to ship. After reading some of these reviews, I’m honestly surprised it even shipped at all. I’m waiting for them to DM/Email me back about this. Do not buy from them please.

If you take anything away from this review, it should be that I didn’t listen to the small amount of bad reviews and gave them the benefit of the doubt, DO NOT BE LIKE ME. I placed an order over a week ago and even downloaded the Shop app to track it, and it still hasn’t even been shipped yet they took the money out of my account either way. Ive tried 3 contact methods and have received no response. Thank goodness I only ordered one thing to test out how this shop treats their customers/if their apparel is even worth it. The answer is no, no apparel is worth being blatantly disregarded by a small business you gave your money to yet will not respond and hasn’t shipped your items. Shame on them. BUYER BEWARE. UPDATE: After attempting to have my review removed by flagging it as false and receiving a reply prior to this one saying I have no order with their shop, I provided trust pilot with documentation and **suddenly** my stuff was shipped. Regardless of your “policy” blatantly ignoring your customers via 3 different methods and only responding to them when your reputation is on the line is plain unacceptable.

Ho fatto un ordine di ben 62 euro e questi geni, quando l'hanno spedito, hanno scritto male il mio indirizzo e, parlando con quelli delle poste italiane (perché wear remi risponde alle mail una volta ogni 10 anni e solo se MOLTO sollecitati) mi hanno spiegato che risulta rispedito al mittente per il motivo detto sopra. Mi hanno detto di contattare il venditore per risolvere o farmi fare un rimborso. Così ho fatto e WearRemi che fa? Mi dà della bugiarda, dice che stavo tentando di avere il prodotto gratis, e via cosi. Maleducati, cafoni e deliranti! Gli ho fatto notare l'evidenza, cioè che dal tracciamento risulta consegnato ad un centro poste a Bologna, quando il mio indirizzo è a MILANO, ma loro continuavo a dire che IO mentivo. Follia pura, sembrava di parlare con un venditore di 10 anni che non sa cosa significhi essere professionali. Alla fine ho avuto il mio rimborso solo grazie alla contestazione che ho aperto su PAYPAL. Perché loro non mi avrebbero mai rimborsato. Quindi non comprate assolutamente da questi ladri, perché se succede qualcosa al vostro pacco loro non vi aiuteranno minimamente anzi vi insulteranno. Fanno schifo. ANSWER FOR WEAR REMI: GENIUS! In response to the reply Wear Remi sent me, no they did not reply to my inquiries and I have the screenshots to prove it. The CEO stated my emails must of gotten put in the junk folder and I have proof of that as well. I only commented on their Instagram so that they would finally reply to me. I did not wish to keep the shirt and get a refund also, they previously stated I could keep the wrong shirt and they would send me a new one, and then they never got back to me about this and demanded I send the incorrect shirt back after I left a bad review. Why should I have to pay for the wrong item that they sent me? It was not what I ordered and I wouldn't of kept it if they hadn't stated that I could previously. I had no problem returning it for the refund. I will state it again, do not order from this unprofessional poorly managed company.

For some reason, the Remi was not delivered. Later I learned it was randomly stopped during the shipping process, and this was not communicated to either the company or to me! Getting in touch with customer service was challenging at first, but one I got a hold of them they were very efficient in responding to me and taking care of the rest of my order, which will arrive in a few weeks. UPDATE: Despite them telling me a new top is being sent to me, and then BEGGING ME in 4 different emails to change my review, they *apparently* sent the top to the WRONG address even though I gave them the correct one THREE times! And I went to the WRONG address to pick it up and it's not even there!!! Never order from this place again! EDIT 2: Please don't be fooled by their response. I have screenshots from their emails where they are asking me for an address for an order they should've shipped to me months ago, and me giving it to them 3x because they kept asking, BEFORE it was in transit. This is explicit and unequivocal in their emails, and I would post the pictures here if this platform allowed for this. They then were irresponsible enough to "send" it to the wrong address--(I checked the other address and it wasn't there, either.) Furthermore, their tone here is not consistent nor is it reflective of the hostility and abrupt rudeness with which they treated me over email and my PERSONAL instagram account.
