If you were thinking of ordering from this company, don't. I placed an order on February 25 and now as of March 29 I still have not received my order. They say that it takes up to 10 days for your order to ship and to allow up to 20 business days for your order to be delivered. I thought this was really weird since no company I've ever ordered from before big and small has taken this long. Turns out they're drop shipping your order from china and that's why it takes so long. If I had known this from the start I would never have ordered from them and would have ordered from Aliexpress where I found the dress for 1/3 of the price I paid. My order has been stuck in California since March 23 and today March 29 was delivered to somewhere in California, I live in Pennsylvania. I don't know how this gets screwed up so much but it's unacceptable at this point. You can't get through to the company unless you leave a review and they aren't helpful in the slightest. Listen to other reviewers and don't buy from here. My order number is 5821.

I have never written a bad review before but When I originally ordered i got this fabulous dress and i was so excited to get it. It never came and they gave me a refund but it wasn’t enough to buy the dress again. I got other two corsets but one of them did not look like the picture and the cup was almost backwards and the other was just low quality. I just wanted the original dress. The clothes took almost 3 months to come in and just shop somewhere else

Ordered 4 separate tops (Order No. 5742), and only received 3 of the 4 and they don't fit (even though I ordered a size that I always wear and read the site regarding how the fit will be). I attempted to contact the company to begin the return/refund process on multiple occasions and have failed to receive a response. First contact was on February 22nd, no response and then again on March 11th, no response! I simply need to return items, this should not be this hard!

My grand total was about $175... With how much that they charge for their clothing I was expecting more quality but unfortunately the clothes had loose seams and some were falsely advertised :(. I bought a corduroy jacket and it looked nice in the pictures but in real life, it was so thin like a shirt. It took a while to get here (a month or two). After waiting all that time the clothes were soo small. The sizing is weird, arms are so tight and short. Tried for a return, they make you pay for shipping, and you only get 14 days.. half of that time is cut short because it takes about a week to get their return shipping address since customer support is unfortunately slow to respond. They only refund through store credit too! Because of the short return policy, my return was denied and they still want me to pay the shipping to get my items back :(. I wasted nearly $180, please don't make the same mistake as I did. Edit: My order was placed on 11/30/2021, shipped on 12/6/2021, and partially received on 12/30/2021.. the jacket came *about* a week later. I tried filing a return request through the website a few days after receiving my final item since I did not want to pay $20 in total for two different packages. However, I received no response for a few days (close to a week) from filing a request. I emailed you guys and finally got a shipping return address on 1/10/2022. I understand if I was three days late and the refund is to be denied.. but to say I took a month to refund my items is also a false statement. How was I supposed to return anything without the shipping address? Also having to pay another $10 to get my unwearable items back is frustrating. The refund process is unfortunately disorganized. 80% of my shopping is done online and I've never had a problem refunding before now.

I bought the “Remi movement sports tank” in a size small in color blue. This tank was so cute BUT the seams had tons of extra strings hanging from the tank. One of the seams for the underboob broke and became unraveled after wearing only 3x. The straps aren’t adjustable which sucked because I am a 32DD bust and felt like I had no support. Overall the designs of the clothes are cute but executed TERRIBLY and are cheaply made. Will not order again.

I ordered 2 items in October (around the 21st). Initially there were a few updates about the package, which was being transported in China, which I already saw as a red flag that this brand is not who they say they are. I decided to wait a while longer and there has not been any updates since late October. I've emailed multiple times and when that got no response I messaged on instagram, also no response. I absolutely would not order from this "brand" again. Really unfortunate that places like this exist. Save your money Edit: Company finally contacted me via email to say that they would onyl refund if I returned the items (the items that I never received) and when I pointed that out they once again stopped responding. The customer service has not been good at all. Will update if they ever respond and give me a refund for the lost package....

Order #5257 I ordered 3 items on 22/10/21 and only one has actually arrived (18/11/21 when this was written). The top is very cute and feels like a good material but unfortunately is too small and smells very strongly of cleaning products so I've tried emailing in asking to start a return or exchange but no one has got back to me. I've sent multiple messages over the course of a week through direct emailing and the 'Contact us' page on their website but haven't received any reply which is incredibly disappointing for the price I paid for the clothes. Also I'm still waiting for 2 of the items I ordered to arrive but I have no tracking information for them as the only tracking number I received no longer let's me see updates. From other reviews I've seen it may not even show up and I will by trying to dispute this purchase with my bank if I recieve no response within a week. I hope someone from the support team sees this review and gets in touch with me to resolve this issue. Thanks Update (04/12/22): Eventually someone did get back to me on starting the refund process and i've placed a new order but unfortunately not for the same top as I'd have to pay an extra £10 or so compared to the first time I bought it. The person who emailed me however didn't mention my missing items despite them being in my inquiries. One other item has arrived but I was quite disappointed in the quality, I hoped it would be a better material given I paid £50 for it but instead feels quite cheap and scratchy. I'm still waiting for my last item and it's been over a month since I ordered, (order placed 22/10/21).

BUYER BEWARE: while the clothes were true to pictures (they ran small), the amount they charged for wasn’t worth the experience I had with them. I purchased three items around a month and a half ago and felt like I was being scammed the whole time. They will send you tracking information but it has no information. When I inquired through their email line a week ago I got no response. Sent another email two days later, no response. Another four days later, no response. When you spend as much money on items, you expect to actually get a response when you try to ask a question. As a result, I won’t be purchasing from them again and wouldn’t recommend them. At the moment I’m just glad all my items showed up as I’ve now seen reviews where people didn’t receive their whole order. Edit: Wow going straight for the accusatory tone implying I’m not a real customer just like you do with all reviews that explain real problems with your customer service. I sent the proof I was a customer last night but you haven’t adjusted your review. I sent you four emails and didn’t get a response to any of them (and yes I checked all spam and trash folders). Edit 2: you have done nothing to actually improve my experience or ensure something like this won’t happen again aside from a hollow apology. My complaint was a complete lack of communication from your end, not saying I wanted to return items, which was the only thing your email to make a “more pleasant experience” offered. I am certainly not the only person who has raised issues with your poor communication, as anyone reading your reviews can see. What I want is for you to improve your communication for your customers, that would actually be rectifying the situation. Edit 3: after responding to my email they tried to have trustpilot take down this review so 1. They know I’m a customer and 2. Don’t care and would rather lie to get my review removed.
