I wanted to purchase a 3 letter handle, the way I went about it was to send BTC to the balance and purchase through the Balance. The money showed up in my balance and I went to checkout and my money disappeared as if the transaction went through. I didn’t get anything, I contacted support and they said “we are unable to assist you we don’t see the blockchain” the money was sent from Cash App to their website and it disappeared from their website after I went to checkout. I wish it was a purchase with a card but they know what they’re doing with CRYPTO that was the customers get scammed and they can’t do anything about it. Definitely stay away, they stole $120 and not even responding to me anymore. 08/31/2026

I bought multiples usernames there, one instagram 3 letters usernames for 6k$ and another X username for 2k$. Everything went well except it took 2days to finish the transfer for the account with the fresh emails box. Thanks Jeremy from support for the communication.

First was Instagram, second Discord, third TikTok. Each time the process was exactly the same — straightforward. Prices are fair if you compare what rare handles go for on other platforms.
