I was so excited to receive my product. When I got it, it didn’t fit. I reached out to return it. Many messages and days later I was told I can’t return without shipping label. I never received a shipping label. I sent them pictures of the product like they asked. Not very customer friendly. Would not recommend them to anyone.

The bra is not made for big-busted women despite being advertised for them. I got the sweet smooth scalloped and a sweet air support. They are like any old run-of-the-mill sports bra, do not lift, do not separate. The support one doesn't contain my breasts even though I followed their sizing guide. I left a one-star review on their site and they've hidden it. My size: 36H. Terrible return policy.

Do Not Buy From Them! Their return/exchange policy states they understand finding a good fitting bra is difficult so for 30 days you can exchange or return for full refund! They’re LIARS! I emailed customer service two days after I received 4 bras. Wanted to exchange for smaller size. Got no response but I called ( got no answer) and emailed daily. Customer service asked me to send photos of bras and original packaging. Did it immediately. Was told I’d hear from customer service. I kept emailing and complaining. Finally they told me they didn’t offer returns or refunds unless they sent something wrong and attached a link to their policy. The link went to their website return/exchange policy that clearly states products can be refunded or exchanged for 30 days. They offered me 10% of my purchase price but refused full refund or exchange. They are the WORST company. Take your business elsewhere.

Received my bra which ran a little small and didn't have the support I needed. Tried to return the product and was told they sent me what I ordered and there's nothing wrong with it so No they will not exchange or take it back!! Offered me 10% back. Horrendous customer service.

Not a well made product and not sized correctly. I had to go through my credit card company to even get the items sent to me. That were not sent till I requested a refund for the product not received.
