Worked well and fairly easy

Very easy transaction with good communication

Had a problem with my computer after I installed the free Windows 10 upgrade. Had the dreaded black screen. Ordered Windows 10 thumb drive and now I am up and running again. I built this computer myself over 12 years ago. At the time it was way a head of the normal off the shelf computers. Now it is running great. Had Windows 8 originally and didn't really want to up grade, but due to no more updates I decided to upgrade to 10. So far no problems.

This was fast and easy I got a disk and a key for install I had a 2 TB flash drive formatted it like it said on Utube and away I went.

Customer Service Came Through! I've read the other reviews and initially did have issues with my order. But I held my tongue and am glad I did. In short, customer service not only upgraded my product due to the inconvenience, but then on Monday helped me first thing in the morning, AND agreed to stay available throughout the day if anything further went wrong. It didn't. I ordered Microsoft Home and Office 2021, and they CAME THROUGH. The original confirming email included a download that didn't work, which I admit made me pretty irritated, and caused some delay on a much needed project. This was a Friday, and the customer service rep (use the Chat) upgraded my order but didn't yet have a key. But then came Monday, and the company came through. I got on chat first thing, and Zach (who had also emailed me) chimed in right away. Minutes later I had a key, and an upgraded product. Yes, I had to wait longer than expected. But sometimes a company makes mistakes, and in this case they corrected their error right away. I found the chat far more helpful than the VM. Thank you!

Shipping was fast and complete. The only complaint is that the install instructions were incomplete; a warning about needing to upgrade a BIOS older than 2022 would have been helpful. I was able to figure it out and the install worked eventually.
