I made a purchase on the 24 of September and received a notification of shipment a few days later. Didn’t get a tracking number for at least another week and when I track my package it said that both on the 5th and 15th (which is today!) that my package just arrived in South Korea. How long does it take packages to get sorted and flown out? Now mind you I paid for premium express shipping so I’d assumed that I would be receiving the package in 3-5 days minus the whole processing time. I emailed them to at least get an understanding since it’ll have been a month on the 24th of October, which is next week. Got a reply and was basically ignored and told to wait and keep tracking my package. Thanks Rachel I already know!

THIS IS A SCAM!!! PLACED MY ORDER 2 months ago and i never received it!! ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY SAID TO WAIT! DONT SHOP FROM HERE!!

If I could give this place less than a start I would!! I placed an order almost two months ago, paid for express shipping and I still have not received it! This place is a robbery!! DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS PEOPLE, THEY ARE THIFTS!!

Shop review is really what FAKE is all about! They sell products that don't work like they advertise, and with me, for example, I bought a bath sponge and they wanted me to video me bathing/showering to show them it didn't work--PERVERTS!!! I will NEVER purchase anything they sell ever again, and they won't give you a credit or refund. A waste of your time and money.

Do NOT order from this company! I placed an order for a skincare product that NEVER arrived. Their "customer service" just keeps telling me it was delivered and keeps sending a bs tracking link that doesn't even list the address it was supposedly delivered to. They keep refusing to help or assist in anyway. This is a scam company and I will be reporting them to the #betterbusinessbureau. No one order from them unless you want your money taken!

This is a scam, the product the has on website is not the same as what they send to you. I order skin lightening ampule it show the imprinted on each ampules on website, but when you ordered they shipped to you the product without mark or imprint at all. Product shipped from China with no instruction and it not the same. I am afraid to put it on my face or skin

i bought $50 send me cheep product , asking for refund said send video ,after send video , asking me shipping back. i need to pay $50 I call to paypal company . this is the owner Patrick Teoh Heng Kiat ,Singapura company . you can call to paypal company and report to police

Rubbish product. Rubbish company, thieves and liers. I ordered a tummy control product in extra large, what they sent me One that wouldn’t fit a small child. After numerous emails and photos sent to them ,they promised me a refund. Empty promise. They obviously have no intention of refunding me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.
