I had to do the assembly, but the instructions were very accurate. All the pieces fir together properly.

Shipped promptly, packaged very well, delivered with care and arrived in great condition. The only issue we had was installing the lock on the doors, the instructions could have been better.

It’s nice to experience something that you order that some providers say would take weeks to manufacture but otherwise takes a day. Shoppopdisplays had the pedestal in stock and it shipped immediately (so quickly in fact that I waited two days due to my travel schedule). My only issue, and it’s not on SPD, is that it arrived with numerous punctures in the shipping box. I was afraid that the pedestal was damanged, but lucky for me, it wasnt. The price and the shipping were the best I found online (without spending days combing through every option). If/when I need another pedestal, I’ll start with SPD.
