They don’t have licenses to conduct business nor collect payments online. When asked for the licenses, they blacklisted my IP address and still never refunded my money.

Terrible experience. Support agents are unprofessional and immature. I’ve made multiple reports to management, however management has protected their employees even after they used racial slurs, etc. Stay away from Modern Services.

Honestly wish I could rate 0 stars. Ive had about 3 bugs with my CAD/MDT and... Hmm lets see, been about 2-3 weeks now and still no fix. Also I got banned from their discord for the reason "Nice try, Goodbye." He hasn't even ever said a word in any channel. DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!

2 weeks in and still don't have the service I bought from them. Now I did have some things that needed to be changed but still. They had plenty of time to push out a whole new service and give all of those customers their product but someone who bought the lowest tier can't be helped.

Horrible job. This cad is nothing more than copy of DOJ who over prices so people can not copy.

As a current employee and company long supporter of Modern Solutions, I regret to say what im about to say. Modern Solutions has grown away from it customer support oriented company. Modern Solutions also has began to falsely advertise prices and certain options available for their services. Such false advertisements drive customers away and as a Modern Solutions employee I believe that they are now in this company simply for the money. The "Company" now charges outrages amount for products and on top of that the products are not even fault free. The CAD they supply is the major issue, it has so many bugs and when you submit the issues it takes forever to get a response. Additionally the New Onyx Edition of the CAD is outrageously priced, as a employee I understand the hard work and time that went into making the CAD however the cad is priced for big communities and not smaller communities who to be fair support Modern Solutions more. As a support agent we are expected to work hours on end with no reimbursement and or pay. The problem is not only that though, the problem is that the current support team is putting the company before the customer and the fact that we have "Premium Support" Customers is ridiculous, it just a way for the company to make more money. When I began working here it was more of a working for the customer attitude now it is make as much money as you can and the customer is our last priority. I personally as a support agent would not give a dime to this company, due to the outrageous prices, and inadequate customer service and marketing agents. Again I advise as a current employee you should not come anywhere close to this DOJ CAD copy-cat.

This is a fraudulence company they take your money they dont deliver the product i wait over 5 days with no communication about the product i was purchasing which i have contact paypal and they will be putting their paypal account under fraud activity act.
