The product is great with great features. The customer service however is far superior than any other service I have every used. I typically have lots a questions and problems and Ethan is always there ready to help with his positive, professional, and great attitude. This is a great company with great products that I would highly recommend/

Company has an excellent support team. It did take a little bit for my ticket to get answered (as they had a lot of tickets) but I had my ticket done right as it was answered.

Amazing support! With any issues I ever had with RocketCAD, they responded promptly helping my solve my issue. Sometimes the CAD does get a bit slow but other than that it is an wonderful resource for me and my clan!
