Not much information given to me as a cusomer after purchasing an expencive Product not even a delivery date all I get was an email asking me to pay

they got me the cad in a decent amount of time but a few months down the line I needed some support to find my CAD link again. I was warned twice for even asking for help, then when I did get help he stopped helping me half way through becuase I wanted to complain that I got warned and that it took well over 2 hours to even get help. O and I am a supposedly preimium customer, which I paid extra for, yea have fun with that Update: I was able to speak to tyler directly and this issue was resolved. I received a refund and he was very understanding. The moderators are still aweful espcieally Matt, but Tyler is great and I am glad we were able to work this issue out.

Customer support was good, but the fact I have a receipt for purchasing it but my order saying it was canceled isnt the best thing to see right now.
