so it was going good at first and now i was able to get the service paid for my ticket was closed in the middle of me asking questions and i am trying to see how long untill my service is turned on since my invoice is now paided for

Bad customer service
They couldn’t fix my problem, they said it’s on my end but it wasn’t because it was working fine before they did updates to their api.

Terrible!!
Support from modern solutions has been terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. If I hadn’t paid for several months in advance I would drop them.

It was the worst experience I have had with a host I was trying to find a new one and I had some people and they said it was good but no it was really bad for me
