When I had an issue with a double billing, they were more than happy to assist, even though it took a couple hours, still as fast as can be. Very very good support team and very great company, 10/10.

Modern Solutions is a great provider, they are diligent with responding to tickets and overall give you what you paid for. I had a simple question about customization in the CAD / MDT I ordered and no one on the support team could help, so they sent me to Tyler G. himself, the CEO. He was able to help me resolve my issue and was extremely nice. I definitely recommend this product!
