The lobster tails were not shelled like they were last April 2025. They definitely have been laying around somewhere as their all severely " Freezer burned and definitely smell freezer burned" , each before were individually vacuum sealed. These aren't. I'd send them back if they pick them up. I'd be embarrassed to serve these. Their definitely frozen and iced over. Im disputing them on my credit card.

I have ordered from Shop Lobster twice now. I ordered lobster tails for my wife & I's anniversary in May 2024 and sent claw meat to my son for his birthday in October last year. The claw meat made it from Maine to Alaska with no issues at all. Everyone satisfied with the product both times.

I had a very bad experience with this company and want to warn other people. I ordered lobster tails for my family's xmas eve dinner and requested delivery on 12/23. I received an email on 12/21 saying my order had shipped but when I tracked the package I found out that UPS didn't have it yet. When I called the company an extremely rude person texted in response to say all their orders were delayed. I told him if he couldn't guarantee delivery by Christmas Eve I wanted to cancel my order. He called me an "old hag" and said his company didn't need my business anyway.
