I had an awesome experience with Kenzey’s customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure I received my order. I love my wax and looks great. The smell is amazing. Thank you Kenzey for sharing your product.

The ordering-through-delivery process was quick and very efficient. Their communication on delivery was truly very nice. I knew when to expect it and once it was delivered, they reached out to make sure I received the product and satisfied. The best part was I couldn’t find the wicks and I emailed them and received an immediate email back the next day provided different scenarios and I found them. I let them know so that they didn’t have to resend wicks and they were so grateful and thoughtful and kind the product itself is very good. About two minutes after lighting the candle. The whole area smells awesome. Not overwhelming, just the right hint of scent that it makes my entire house smell inviting. I would recommend this product if you enjoy light candle scents And rather than have a jar, I really like the containers that it comes in and the candle itself is pretty awesome. It compliments the decor of the room.

First time experiencing this sort of candle, truly love it definitely will be referring this company to friends and family, not only does it last long. It smells great and it’s so pretty in the stone bowl that I bought from them.

While I didn't love the scents, I can say the vessels are beautiful and the company did work with me on resolving my issues.

Super easy to use and it always looks perfect. No more tunneling or that gross black stuff on the sides. and I have tons of vessels from so many “one time use” candles, I know I’ll be ordering more pearls from Kenzie!

I placed two orders from Kenzey for Christmas gifts. They arrived on time and are spectacular. My wife loves them. One bowl was damaged in shipping but Kenzey quickly replaced it. It is such a pleasure when companies sell a quality product and stand behind it.
