We would like to share our experience as a supplier who has conducted business with Shop Juje. Shop Juje placed an order for paper products with our company. After receiving the goods, they reported concerns about wrinkles in the paper and requested a refund. We communicated with them and offered compensation in an effort to resolve the matter amicably. Unfortunately, our proposed resolution was not accepted. The situation subsequently escalated when Shop Juje initiated a payment chargeback, despite our efforts to address their concerns.
