Scam!! Dont but anything from these people ! Scam!!

I ordered a watch on May 18. It arrived in Los Angeles on June 2. That is where the tracking stops. I have a USPS tracking # but they have not received the Item. When I send an email, I get a computer generated response. When I call the 800# I cannot talk to a live agent. Total SCAM. Customer service does not exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Very bad product as well as worse service. Totally, useless watch, just waste money and timing.

If i could give this company zero stars, I would. I bought a pair of wireless, airpod-esque earbuds from them about a month ago. Now, I received a message explaining that shipping would be delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, which is understandable. However, once I received them I was unsatisfied with them. No biggie - just message customer support on their website and they'll tell you how to return them. WRONG! I've been waiting 45 minutes for just an explanation on how to return my order. And now that I'm seeing all these similar stories and bad reviews, I wish I had seen them earlier. I'm fed up and frustrated. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I've been waiting for 39 day's for this $99. watch o and they will not refund for any if the amount is less then $100.00. But not that is matters anyway from what I've read no one is getting a refund anyway.

After weeks of waiting for my trackers, I just asked my credit card company to cancel the order and give me my money back.

Don't order from this company!!!!! I ordered May 3rd. It June 10th and no tracking, no product and no response from all my emails. The 800 # is a recording and the email says china info on shipping. You have to call out of country to contact the shipping. It is a scam!!!!

I ordered their devise on April 4th. Today is June 9 and it still hadn’t arrived. I’ll try to get a refund from my credit card company. Wish I’d seen this site before I ordered.
