I ordered an item 3 weeks ago. They have no idea where it is.

Ordered a RC airplane for $90 which seems to be available for $25, Got carried away by the ads.... it took long waiting time which wasn't quoted until paid full, I had to wait 25 days to arrive, I had no choice of cancelling or link to get refund during the wait,, their service was not at all good for the money I paid for,... I will never buy again from Shopenzer..the way it works like a scandal site. It works on their mercy, so guys please stay away..

It failed to deliver products & refusing to refund. They are damn crooks. I'm working on suing them

Lost 50 usd to understand you should avoid them. Customer service is also excruciatingly bad.

CAREFUL. ordered something small to test this company. received order number but its not even valid number nor able to track the order on their website. Have submitted query but after more than week receiving many emails about wanting me to buy more but my first order seems like a scam already

Scam, 30 days, no products, no answer where my package is due to technical problems. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Scam company, takes money and doesn’t ship anything. Dispute has been filed, I’ve received my refund. Non customer service.
