I found the Catalog store Rockingham a great place to shop, the quality of the clothing is extremely good, variety is amazing. The service is of high quality, they are very helpful, knowledgeable about the products and more than happy to spend time chatting. They are very friendly and I love to go there just even to say hi. I have never found them to be impatient or cross and always have time to answer my questions.

We have bought a pair of jeans for my young daughter for a family gathering. She was not allowed to wear it as it was deemed not dressy enough. I went to return it and was refused a refund for " change of mind " . I explained to the woman it was not change of mind, she simply wasn't allowed to wear it. The receipt is very vague on refund policy. If I was told no refunds, I most likely would not have bought the item. This shows a business that's struggling and trying to hold onto every dollar they make
