I have ordered and they have gotten payd but still havent gotten my order, but it says delivered . they dont respond to email no such email exist it says

I ordered an ice bear rear axle 2 weeks ago and received order# immediately but in the 2 weeks to now, have received no tracking, no response to emails, nothing! I'm super sketched out since their website says orders over $300 would be delivered within 7-10 business days and I got nothing. $520 is allot to me and I really rely on my trike to get me around. If I end up receiving it I'll update but until then, if you are reading this, stick with a company that uses PayPal.
