Shop4magazinesReviews of shop4magazines.com

I am a Canadian subscriber and had no issues in the past but now when I paid I did not get my magazines and when I phoned they said Canada is the enemy and they don't ship to Canada anymore, what a joke this company is, what do you expect from Florida, its now a MEGA scam to take your money and give no product.

Zero stars if I could. The company does't appear to exist. My order was placed May 10, 2023. As indicated in the order confirmation, there could be a signicant delay based on lead times. I sent an email in September and was told they needed time to look into the matter. I've followed up with another email. I've heard nothing back. According to the website they're located in Tallahassie, Florida at a UPS outlet. Their phone # has a Virginia area code. Their message says 'the person you are calling...'. The calls are not returned. I contacted Consumer Report to see if they have any association with shop4magazines or 1 stop subscription. The support offered through Chat on the Consumer Report website was very disappointing. When I asked if they were associated the reply I got was "no, is there anything else I can help you with?" Needless to say I'm very disappointed. For any potential customers....I hope you take my review and that of the other reviewer seriously. We've had next to identical experiences. Don't be scammed!
