They charged me a restacking fee for a package that I never received and Sears cancelled the order 10 minutes after I placed the order. That was December 10th and to date, the person who keeps writing nasty e-mails saying I owe the stacking fee is horrible to deal with. At this point, I am going to Consumer Fraud and BBB. This company should acknowledge that I did not accept the package...Fedex will confirm this. I cannot seem to get to "Eric" the CEO. That should tell you something. Taking advantage of Senior Citizens seems to be common with Vision Decor, so I am told. I will not pay the $84.10 re-stocking fee. American Express will back me up on this one.

I have been waiting for a missing part that was not included in my order for over 3 weeks. I have left 5 messages over the past week & a 1/2 on their "Customer Service Line", in an attempt to find out why my missing part has not arrived. I can't even sit in the chair that I ordered until I get that part! When I originally called, I was told that the part would be rushed to me and that I would receive an email regarding the missing part. I have received neither. I also have received NO return phone calls. I will be reporting this to the BBB. DON'T SHOP HERE! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
