Disappointed
So Disappointed, my order got delay for more then a month, they went out of stock and no one called me or emailed me to let me know. I found out because I called 5 days before Christmas, I called because I did not receive my order within 7-10 business days as they said after I placed my order. If it wouldn’t be for the good quality and comfort of the shoe I will not order from them again but my husbands loves this shoes.

You're right, the original order was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such rare cases, we strive to fulfill the order as soon as new stock arrives. We're happy your husband loves his shoes and that you were able to get help with exchanging to a new model after all.
