I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed an order with them. We try to do something nice for our loved ones that are incarcerated their not all criminals. These people should be in jail for what they are doing to people. I will be reporting them to everyone I can think of. There should be a way to warn people about them. Anyone have any useful ideas

Wish I could write a negative star. I will be making a report with ftc.com and western union fraud department if I have to. Several months I made a purchase and 2 months later submitted money order. They kept informing me that I need to complete order payment to process inmate payment. Inmate never received notifications of any order delivery. Also when I go to the site, it only shows status waiting to be prepared but no delivery attempts. Text messages was ignored when I tried to confirm as well.

I paid.then got an email stating that payment was not made asking for a money order now. After the payment came out of my account already. Pure rip off!

There will not deliver and will not refund you. Do not waste your money , because your loved one will not get the item and he /she has waiting for. I care gift need to be changed so the inmates getting what was paid for , or shut it down if there just steal.

This place is a rip off. Took 8 days to receive food. The chicken strips were 3 Dinos nuggets a bag of chips and pickles.

What a travesty of all that is just and merciful. It is very unfortunate that a person in my family is in jail in the first place, but not only is she being charged* for food, if I get her a commissary account so that she can buy some snacks, etc., they take half of the money and apply it to her food bill! So, the only other option is an Icare package, most of which is one-third Top Ramen noodles. What an absolute rip-off! I have opted to send my relative a Visa or Mastercard gift card once she is released rather than to fund such an uncaring company. At the very least, Icare should have an option to choose individual snacks. *I love it (not). If you are an illegal immigrant - also a CRIMINAL - you get a free bus ticket to the city of your choice, free housing, free food, medical care, EBT cards, and sometimes even cash.

Overpriced burger That according to my incarcerated friend that works in the Kitchen is made and consumed in the same kitchen/cafeteria as any other burger.

For $30 f****** dollars, it better be the best calzone he's ever had.
