Major rip off. I made an order that was shipped to some address in Florida (I live in Cal.) Then got testy when I asked about it.

I had 3 headphones auto ordered forced onto an expired card I did not authorize even 1 This was horrible I immediately notified shop.com and heavys.com within 5 minutes (a US company hiding behind Chinese warehouse address) they rushed shipped 2 pairs to my door 2 days from China 🇨🇳 (not possible) I spent 2 weeks with Regina got a return label and wasted 1.5 hrs on USPS ;but as good Samaritan I boxed them and returned them. The arrived wrapped in shabby gray plastic. never received allegedly ordered 3rd item to my address(maybe they cancel maybe lost) have to check cc the shipping from a fake Chinese address disconcerting I researched A US citizen started this and HQ was in NYC not far from home. Heavy not German Swiss Europe mdg Avoid ahop.com shopify.com either fraud or platform misfires purchases I would avoid heavys too as there is no local phone number CSR return pick up There really are no heavy metal headphones just good quality headphones on not heavys never reviewed on YouTube there are headphones better at base Sennsheimer Hifiman Arya The easiest fix is a portable dac dongle mojo and did gryphon best Denafriys best 👌 desk top head phone dac amp yes expensive but power your base cheaper oynix alpha x1a Megadeath makes metal headphones mostly show and shells not sound this is what I have gleaned from reviews avoid shop like temu and aliexpress avoid heavys because of secretive nature and fraud practices BTW from site they look cool

This is a corrupt company. Someone stole my email and cell phone number from the shop.com website. First they tried to steal by using my debit cards. I reported fraud. I got the bank to refund. But since then this person has used numerous fraudulent cards that belong to others in the amount of thousands of dollars. All under my email and cell number. Shop refused to close the account. Shop.com says they are not responsible for it. Don’t let anything you buy go through Shop.com. You will risk years of criminal misery

There are clear-cut scams on this site that are unmonitored and for which there is no help. Once scam involves MANY vendors out of Sheridan, Wyoming. BEWARE. Shipping of many products on this site is a blasted nightmare. Yun is awful! They don't deliver items, don't answer calls or emails, and your packages end up in a package black hole.

Purchases from last month. Supposedly delivered in 2 weeks, going on a month later YUN chinese tracking shows my purchases still sitting in wrong state for a week. Have requested updates several times with zero reply. I will GLADLY spend a couple extra bucks to skip SHOP.com and make my purchases from a reputable company for all future purchases.

I ordered a product called Lumibalm through Shop.com. The product never came. I wrote a complaint to shop.com. No reply. I wrote two complaints to the vendor, luminarabeauty.com and no reply. I asked for my money back and still haven't received it. Bottom line: Neither shop.com or luminarabeauty.com are trustworthy sites. These people are not trustworthy.

I ordered a Aussiedoodle - Pendeant and necklace on Sept,. 8, 2024 and never received the product. Contacted the seller Richirings.com via email to no avail they closed their shop. I emailed 4 times Shop.com and no one has contacted me. I tried to report the issue with SHOP and they wanted a URL to which there is none for my product since the seller is not in business. I wanted a refund. I will not use SHOP.com ever again.

My favorite online retailer have added shop.com making it very confusing and can no longer login. I won’t use shop.com it seems like a data collection scam so I no longer shop at some of my favorite online retailers. I have contact those retailers and told them they have lost me as a customer due to using shop.com. Blocking login is very frustrating.
