Defrauded
I was scamed outbof 431.92 on shop.com by a fraudster. Shop.com DOES NOT verify its stores at all. Very hard to contact with customer service! DO NOT USE SHOP.COM! BEWARE!!!!!

I would give this ZERO stars if it was an option. I have been waiting almost 2 months for my order and there’s still NO TRACKING INFORMATION!!!! Better Business Bureau is next on my list!

Shop.com is THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I order many things from New Era that uses shop and NOT ONE ORDER has been delivered timely. I'm never ordering from either again.

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience - still haven't received my order, and their tracking is useless. The product was from shirtboom.com - who has been equally useless. I ordered another product through them, and that product was delayed as well. I'll never order from these idiots again - do yourself a favor, and avoid them like the plague.

NO COMPANY SHOULD USE THIS PLATFORM
I despise this shop.com and I hate when any company chooses to use it because it leaves no other option and on the two purchases I made that used this platform; one I never received and the second I can't locate the history for. DO NOT USE IF POSSIBLE!

I paid through SHOP . No product delivered no notifications
I ordered through you through Qilin guitar straps back in mid May and I've already seen that it was processed from my bank yet I have received no product no notification from shop.com as far as I'm concerned you are basically a scam trying to act as a front man and I've received no notification from you that the sale went through the only notification I've seen is through my bank when they took the money out as far as I'm concerned you and the other company just ripped me off

I had a bad experience with Wind Rider seat covers. I never got the product or a refund. Shop dot com would do nothing for me except tell me to contact the vendor!

Tankless Water Heater refusal to process return
I ordered a Tankless Water Heater from the manufacturer and they pushed the purchase to Shop.com. The item arrived and was in good condition, but wouldn't fit my application so I requested a return. My return request stated "processing" and has done so for nearl;y a month. Since they have a 30 day return policy it appears they are waiting for the 30 days to expire before responding.
