SHOP is the WORST payment process to ever enter online shopping. Do NOT create an account. If you have, and you are at online checkout, do NOT enter the code shop will automatically send you. Just pay with your credit card thru the merchant themselves. SHOP is USELESS. They will NOT defend you on fraudulent charges. they will NOT accurately update shipping. They offer NO benefit or bonus for using at ALL. They are NOT like a paypal. the moment you have fraud, they send you back to the merchant, and wash their hands of all responsibility. What is the point? I NEVER get correct shipping updates as when I work directly with the merchant. Maybe the merchant gets less fees compared to CC, but it's NOT worth it to the consumer. I had one fraud online merchant charge me thru shop, it showed up in shop for a week...when I finally realized it was a fake website and went after them, ALL INFO was removed from shop, as IF it never happened. Couldn't even report it to shop as it was wiped clean (yet no refund). How does an org CHARGE, REPORT and INCLUDE a transaction, then wipe it clean? WHERE is the accountability? ZERO or NEGATIVE rating or this payment app. There is NO ONE to talk to. Every bit of FAQs states "contact the merchant". worthless.

I purchased a pair of On Cloud shoes through SHOP.COM and was extremely disappointed to discover that they appear to be counterfeit. I already own a brand-new, authentic pair purchased directly from the official On store. I compared both pairs side by side — the exact same model and size. At first glance, the shoes look almost identical, making it very difficult to recognize that something is wrong. However, the moment I received the package, I noticed several red flags. The box was completely different from the original On packaging, and the way the shoes were packaged was also noticeably different. After carefully examining both pairs, the differences became even more obvious. The soles, cushioning, and overall softness of the shoes were completely different from my authentic pair. These are not minor differences. The quality and feel of the shoes are simply not the same as the genuine product. What concerns me most is how closely these shoes resemble the originals. Someone who doesn't already own an authentic pair might never realize what they received. I purchased these shoes expecting an authentic On product, not a questionable imitation.

Ordered something paid and nothing happened had to dispute the charge with my credit card because the didn't respond to my emailed update request.

I wanted to place an order with a company that uses shop.com but could not get the code sent to me for the order. My phone number was corrected on their site but is still wrong under my profile. If you call shop.com they say they are MarketAmerica and cannot help you. They make placing purchases very difficult.

I ordered 2 ETA shampoo. They mailed me two conditioners. Customer service emailed me apologized said keep conditioners and they mail 2 shampoo. I never hesrd bsck from them. I filed grievance with my bank. Don't buy anything from them.

Bought and paid for two different prom dresses on here from two different vendors. Never received either one. Had to buy a third dress last minute from a local store. Shop.com is nothing but a total SCAM site.

Ordered a cat littler box (from Fellnex) and they sent me an email with "tracking" that never showed any update No answers to emails. 2 weeks later I disputed with my credit card and got a refund.
