There should be a NONE/NO star rating!!! Please everyone DO NOT trust these people, I’ve been through hell and back with them, after two months, they have not delivered a Christmas present that I purchased 6 weeks prior to Xmas. I have sent DAILY emails to them, requesting where my order was. All I got was: YOU WILL RECEIVE THE ORDER SOON, DONT WORRY! Never, ever after numerous times asking I got a tracking number!! Apparently on their website we should receive the items Within 8-10 days... a joke really!!! Nearly two months later I still haven’t got my order!!! And I have no faith whatsoever that I will get it... I have asked for a refund as Christmas is way gone... but they are now ignoring me!!! PLEASE AVOID, ITS BY FAR THE WORSE COMPANY YOU WILL EVER COME ACROSS, IN FACT, IT DOES VERY MUCH LOOK LIKE THEY ARE A SCAM.. Please avoid!!!!!!

Ordered two products two months ago still not been delivered because they delivered them to two different address’s 350 miles away and not to the delivery address I provided. I was in touch via email all the time but keep getting fobbed off by them telling me that they have delivered them. It is up to them to get the packages to me and not up to me to phone everywhere trying to find my packages and the post office doesn’t give out where they delivered them to, I feel like I’m banging my head on a brick wall, what does it take to get threw to them. My worst on line shopping experience ever, what a way to treat a veteran who can ill afford to lose the money , that’s my rant over with for the time being Today’s date 2/1/2020 Update, still no better off and still getting the same replies with one difference half is In Chinese. I don’t know if this outfit is American or if it is Chinese but I don’t think it’s a legitimate one.

SCAM FOR INTERNATIONALS. They allowed me to create an account and to start earning cashback, after I got like 50 dollars in cashback and decided to ask how am gonna withdraw, they said I need US bank card to get paid, and NOTHING else will work, no paypal or british debit card is good enough to send you YOUR money. BIg waste of my time with them.

This company is terrible. I paid for three items and they only shipped two. I have been emailing them back and forth and they don't want to refund my money. The two items they mailed are the wrong size and are of very poor quality. I have had a nightmare trying to make them give my money back. I will never ever use them again. Please learn from my experience and don't do the same mistake.

the 1 star comment is true . they didn't send out my product for 45 days with providing a fake tracking no. i already report to other website and pay pal. i am the real user, the 5 stars comment i suspect are fake
