Shoetopia had the style and size of shoe I was looking for I ordered online on Wednesday evening and received my package shipped to me by Friday afternoon. I really like the handwritten note included in the package, and I love supporting this small business.

Shoetopia – Order #443606 South Africa Sent the wrong shoes, offered no real apology, and immediately started talking about charging me over return packaging before fixing their own mistake. The entire interaction felt defensive, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It honestly feels like they knew the correct item was out of stock and shipped the closest alternative hoping it would be accepted. When challenged, they shifted blame onto the customer instead of taking responsibility. Poor service, zero accountability. Avoid.

You have this under Shoetopia.com but you did not deal with us... just in case... so this negative review was left incorrectly. Shoetopia.com does NOT operate in South Africa. I am disappointed we have been mistaken for a company that gave you a bad experience -- of which many customers of OTHER Shoetopia's often mix us up with. Please contact them to get your situation resolved. We are Shoetopia.com -- a shoe discovery engine. We stopped selling shoes years ago directly to consumers. We will probably be expanding our shoe search engine to your area in the next couple months, so if you need a reliable company to help you find shoes, let us know! We are building (US / Australia / Europe / next is Middle East/Asia).
