New Balance 860 Mens does not appear on website?

There was not an associate around to assist with shoes. The store was messy and had shoe boxes everywhere. I found a pair of New Balance tennis shoes that I wanted. I was looking them over and with the amount of dirt that was on the bottom of the shoes, it was apparent that they had been worn for some period of time outside. I checked another box for the same style and size, and it was the same.thing dirty shoes.

As someone who remembers full service shoe stores, ALL these “wander the aisles” stores are a disappointment. Getting help from staff is always a crapshoot; some days you get lucky and stumble upon a person who is knowledgeable, other days you don’t.

Inexperience staff. Asked about shoes and color, “ if you don’t see it , I guess we don’t have”. “ This is my department, I’m new” The absolute worst experience was during Huge Clearance, giant mess with poor assistance. Staff need training and people skills

Tried on at least 20 pair. Need narrow shoes!! Y'all carry wide, why not narrow??

My only beef with shoe station is they don’t carry smaller sizes for women. Or narrow shoes.

Need a better variety for kids shoes.

I don't always seem to get the coupons or the text of what is happening.
