1) The store was clean. 2) Although we knew what we came in to look for, not one associate asked us if we needed help.

I have a pair of shoes with same UK sizing they are loose. My toes hit the end of front.

Need more customer service employees. I did not have anyone to help me locate things that I needed. I had to ask for help to reach shoes from the top shelf after waiting several minutes. I then had to look for help myself for other helpers to bring a step ladder to help.

Interior appearance of store needs improvement. Back discount area needs organization, more benches to try on shoes, and mirrors to see shoes.

I wasn’t asked for my rewards number and a set of socks I purchased rang up for $6.99 when they were marked $5.99. Didn’t notice it until I got home.

Cashier charged the incorrect price even though the price was marked on the shoes. When I brought this to her attention, she said I’ve already rung it up so you’ll have to wait for a manager. The manager was very nice and corrected the error. Cashier was rude and incompetent.

I like the selection that Shoe Station offers, however, a lot of the time when I need my size, I cannot reach it. And have to wait for an associate to go grab a ladder to retrieve the size I need. It makes shopping there challenging, since I cannot get it myself.

I dont feel like the return of a shoe having to be called in over the phone because a shoe was ordered online
