Shoe StationReviews of shoestation.com

Please get a bigger and better inventory of children’s shoes. I adore you guys , but you never seem to have as extensive an amount of kids shoes as adults and young people. It’s frustrating.

Cannot see complete selection of shoes online.

Employees aren’t too friendly. Never have I ever been asked if I needed help with anything. Store is usually a mess. But the prices are decent. Flowood MS

I was looking for high top tennis shoes (basketball shoes). As I can wear men's or women's shoes I went up and down each aisle. I looked in the clearance section. No one ever offered to help. Finally I saw a young female associate ( I am a 62 year old female) and asked her if Shoe Station had any high top tennis shoes. She was annoyed that I was keeping her from shelving shoes, and asked me, " Where have you looked?" I said, "I have been up and down every aisle but at my age I may have just overlooked them." She said, " Well, I guess we don't have any!" and she went back to shelving shoes. I was so infuriated I left the store.

The selections offered do not warrant the prices of the shoes. Also, the ‘sales’ don’t really feel like much of a true sale!

The coupon was quite confusing this past weekend. I purchased some ladies boots and the 40% off applied to that purchase. It was not honored for my husband’s athletic shoes. NO place on the coupon does it state it is to be used only for ladies or children’s boots. The Store manager was not terribly nice in his explanation or service when dealing with this issue.

The Shoe Station employees do a good job no complaint. But when I clock to contact Shoe Station about their Eureka shoes and the soles falling off. They do nothing not interested in hearing about that. Have Ben buy them for last 25 years. Last six pair Thief Souls fall off of them. Would like to hear from you about this

There is never anyone in the aisles helping customers. There is always a long line to check out and takes a long time to check out.
